Describing properly the symptoms doesn’t mean you will be able to deliver the right diagnostic, and even less the best treatment.
In 2017, Lee Hecht Harrison led a great study showing that most of the senior HR and executive roles were considering the Accountability as a critical business issue: globally, 72% of respondents said so.
Then, when the same executives were asked if they were satisfied with the level of accountability in their organization, the answer was – still globally – a “YES” at only 31%!
In my humble opinion, that is where the nice story stops. As I was trained on “The Leadership Contract”, I just realized that it was (again, that is my own opinion) a very basic leadership training with nothing new. The quality, and the Return On Investment for the crazy investment you are supposed to do, were basically very low.
When I left, I started working on my own answers to this problem, and I am now proud to offer a better group coaching (In Person or Online) for very much more reasonable prices.
